It's our 10th birthday!We’re celebrating 10 years in business and invite you to come in for a free clean and check of your hearing devices on Wednesday 29th May between 9.30-11.30. There will be nibbles available and some goody bags to give away – while stocks last. We also have a hamper in the clinic that you can go in the draw to win. We are reopening tomorrow!We are happy to announce that we will be open again for in-person appointments starting Wednesday (at Covid Alert Level 2). If you had an appointment with us scheduled during the lockdown we will be in touch with you to reschedule this. If you have made an inquiry over the lockdown period and requested an appointment time we will be in touch over the next few days to book you in!

Update - going into Alert Level 3We are heading down to Alert Level 3 tonight at 11.59pm. However, until we reach Alert Level 2 we are unable to open for face-to-face appointments. At Level 3 we can operate a remote service for some urgent, minor jobs and so please contact us by phone or email if the need has arisen for batteries, filters or small repairs and we will try and sort some help for you. Please do not come to the clinic without pre-checking and arranging whether it is possible. We are proud to be local and kiwi owned and operated and looking after you during this difficult time with our personalised service.

Although we are still at Alert Level 4, strict controls will still apply during Alert Level 3.
